Facebook declares war on spammers?

I can't believe I read this thread. What a waste of time, OP is for sure lying.

@solar2010 -- Ofcourse they'll simply hit every spammer some tons of lawsuits.

I mean maybe Facebook recently started to crack down. So its a matter of Time some members would receive a C & D.
 
So how many pms, groups, messages, etc. were you sending out per day? I am assuming it was pretty high right?

This shit has me a bit worried, although it is fishy facebook didn't ban the accounts.

They deleted my free gift card pages :\ probably more so because it's against the TOS but whatever. I'd like to see a copy of this as well, I dunno if the OP is telling the truth or not, but I wouldn't put it past Facebook. They made me "acknowledge my mistake" by reading some crap then checking a box and "Acknowledging."
 
LoL fck Facebook. What are they going to do to you (if this is true)? Slap you in the arse? I couldn't care less. Until they reach to court I will be dead :)

So 50 people are being targeted for phishing and spamming...... Who wants to bet the people targeted for spamming have something to do with the phishing?

I have just received a warning on facebook saying something like your actions are malicious, stop now your acc is flagged, meaning what ? will my acc get banned ?
 
Um, if the letter didnt come certified....it's BS. Any legal letter will come certified. That's the ONLY way they can prove to the court that they sent it to you.

That unfortunatley would include creating a bunch of fake profiles to send invites to groups, which is the best way to make cash. If you are doing FB stuff be sure to cover your ass and be ready for anything. I sure as hell ain't backing down until I get a certified letter in the mail and read the TOS to see if I violated it. Then ill just move to a new location and do it again... although my IP is hidden and I delete cookies.

You do realize how many people make fake accounts, right..? I don't think FB is going to chase after every single person.
