Free version of SEMRush Topic Research

SEMRush provides a Topic Research feature for helping to build a list of article ideas and topic clusters around certain keywords. I found the demo pretty useful in helping to build a content strategy.

However, it's a limited demo and wondered if there's any free tools out there capable of doing something similar.

Lets say my site sells "car exhausts".

How do I go about discovering as many topics and article titles, content and information to begin creating a content strategy on that? I know the long way of doing it - GOOGLE! But I was hoping there was a tool that combines and simplifies the process of multiple searches and drill downs similar to SEMRush.

If not free then do you know of any one-off payment apps that do this? I believe Sitebulb can do something similar but not sure.

I think MarketMuse can find you content... or was it BuzzSumo?? I don't remember, but definitely one of these. But I remember them (both) being very pricey, so beware!

Was thinking about doing a thread on the topic research function of SEMrush. Nothing beats it. But as others have said. answer the public is the best free version.
