Second time I’ve plugged one of his videos in here (
@Alexion would be proud) but I’m about to try his focus stack (not all at once of course).
TLDR ; L-tyrosine, Alpha GPC.
Consult your physician though if you’re having trouble focusing and considering taking supplements.
Not sure if this is the one, but there's a video where he explains a nice stack. Might be this one, he has so many of them.
But yeah, L-thyrosine, alpha gpc(hard to find in some places, don't stress out on this)
Then there's choline. If you can't find choline, just east 5 eggs (whole eggs, not just the whites)
Creatine (mono) about 5g/day, helps the brain a lot.
Then there's fish oil. Which is tricky, as you primarily want EPA, which is the lowest concentration in any supplement.
If you want 2-3g of EPA daily, you're going to have a hard time ingesting it without any gigantic dose of vitamin d or DHA.
I was able to find some pills that combine give about 2g of EPA along with 3 of DHA, and a huge difference in anxiety and focus came after about 5-7 days. I think it takes that much because the need of accumulation of EPA in the body.
Andrew huberman goes well over the 2g/day, and suggests 5g/day of EPA. Good luck, as it's an insane amount.
Then there's salt.
A lot of it.
I upped my salt to 5g/day. When I'm saying salt, I actually mean sodium. So 5g of sodium/day is about 10g of salt.
You feel this almost instantly.
If you eat a lot of carbs, 5g is a lot and dangerous. I would suggest about 3g of sodium when eating more than 200g of carbs/day.
I usually don't get past 50-70g of carbs/day so I'm ok with 5g.
Helps the brain fire up so much faster it's insane.
He has a sponsor that sells a stack with everything included, brain something. It's amazing but not available in Europe so I just recreate it using pharmacy products.
But yeah, choline + EPA oils == huge improvements.
Of course, everything is null without sleep. Talking from experience.
If you're not rested, nothing will help, not even modafinil.
