What supplements do you guys take and why?

But yeah, L-thyrosine, alpha gpc(hard to find in some places, don't stress out on this)
Then there's choline. If you can't find choline, just east 5 eggs (whole eggs, not just the whites)
Creatine (mono) about 5g/day, helps the brain a lot.
Then there's fish oil.
...Then there's salt.
Seconding all of this.

There's even a paper in fucking Nature journal that shows that creatine helps the brain, I don't know how is this not a mainstream knowledge.

Protein shake daily, creatine daily, pine pollen every 2 days. Every 4 weeks I take a 1 week break,
Pine pollen is the best it's comparable to actual steroids.

Vitamin D because i dont hang out with the sun much.

Spirulina because protein, and other reasons.

Vitamin C because im a smoker, and other reasons.

Probiotics sometimes, because gut bacteria or whatever.

Fish oil sometimes, i dont remember why.

And of course, it's all organic, vegan approved, sugar free, gluten free, soy free, salt free, bla bla yada yada.

magnesium taurate
vit b/c/d
selenium, iodine, zinc
recently tried ashwagandha

What difference do you feel before and after taking it?
i started ksm66 ashwagandha 1g last month. like all the marketing says it will reduce stress and make you more chill.
took about 1-2 weeks of dosing to feel it. common routine is 1 week on, 1 week off.
some people are more sensitive to its effects. some people don't feel it at all.
did lots of anecdotal research. after a while some people end up feeling lobotomized (guess this is why you take weeks off). others developed some actual chemistry disorder that has to do with dopamine regulation (forgot the exact name of it). some others take it every day for years and report being just fine.

1 multi-vitamin, multi-mineral capsule (it also contains ginseng extract & ashwagandha extract) daily. 1 vitamin B complex capsule every alternate day and 1 garlic oil capsule, 1 fish oil capsule every alternate day.

I take mud.

Yes, go outside, eat natural all-organic mud, for free.

What? :D

Vitamin D
Vitamin C
Vitamin B12

and a lot of meat!

Usually I take Vit D, Zinc and that's it. Protein needs are sufficient from my diet so I don't prefer protein shakes. Any recommended supplements I should add or you guys take which helps with focus and daily work?
Just Creatine now, I was taking multi vitamins and minerals but pausing now.

Creatine monoyhdrate (Good for gym/bulking), Magnesium, Zinc, Fish oil, Lions mane, Shilajit.
