Hey! I hope you are fine! I have started a YouTube channel about heels 7 months ago and I posted 130 shorts about heels. One short hitted 16 million views and my channel hitted 97k subscribers. I want to monetize it and I still don't know how to do it long term. Do I need a girl to create content for me? Or any suggestions please?

Just create a channel with same content and promote it on that reels channel

Do you want to monetize it via adsense or you want to promote some other offers on your channel? If you don't already have some content stored, you should hire someone to make some for you, as you suggested.

I believe shorts watchtime does not count toward the 4000 hours needed to be eligible for Adsense monetisation. Unless you have other longer form content which has those 4000 hours?

Haven't you read new monetization rules, YT shorts also can be monetized but need 10M views to get accepted.

My mistake, should have doubled checked any new updated rules beforehand!

Edit: Bit cheeky of YouTube to have the caveat that the 10M views have to be within the last 90 days to count, which I presume OP has?

I can get that in one month but I have two issues, 1 I don't have original content and 2 I think that youtube will consider high heels something sexy.

Well if you don't have their permission to use it, then it is copyright infringement in the USA, and YouTube can ban your account for it. You can't officially monetize this.

Let me explain to you, I was not a youtube partner, the day I became videos that I made, we were taken over, in particular one by several youtubers. The little ones I made a withdrawal request the day I became a partner, an account, I sued the youtuber and he got an agreement.
