I get that the therapist helped you, but why you need those 2 for? Seem like a bunch of swindlers, hope you don't pay them a fortune.
I think everybody on bhw could be labeled under these just because of all the juicy money making methods and ideas. Also excitement is considered anxiety, which is funny.
Luckily? There is no luck here, I think you're super normal and healthy by the way you write and how you described your activities, just very passionate about projects, which is super normal cause they are exciting. Fact.
Maybe someone convinced you that you have mental problems, or maybe you convinced yourself but probably just an exaggeration.
You have no idea what you're talking about. You have no idea what a severe panic attack can do to a person's mind. Just because I can write coherently, sell, and code doesn't mean I'm a healthy person.
I recommend watching this: https://aeon.co/videos/the-dark-side-of-ego-loss-what-its-like-to-disappear-into-depersonalisation - these are the kinds of things I experience during my most extreme panic attacks.
Because only 2.58% have persistent adult ADHD but then there is also symptomatic ADHD which 3 times more ppl have and grew exponentially during covid. Why? Because therapists had to put a diagnose. This is not an exact science, we probably all have ADHD on this forum but that doesn't mean much because it's probably symptomatic not persistent, but you couldn't tell the difference and might think you have big mental problems.
This is not like you have schizophrenia or anything. It's more common than you think.
Everybody has low dopamine days.
So what if he changed 8 therapists? What if he had stayed with just 1? Does that tell you anything about his mental health really? What if you don't have a therapist at all, does that make you healthy?
My point is I see a lot of people thinking they have mental problems and focusing on it when it's not that big of a deal.
It's enough to think that successful people have mental issues to then believe you have them when you getting some success. Self fulfilling prophecy.
So the thing with my therapists is, I was with the first 1 for a VERY long time, and they solved most of my problems as much as we could. The rest I'm treating as support/coaching, and I was changing them because every one of them was specializing in a specific field that I wanted to improve in, like motivation, relationships, parenting, etc.
