Optimizing and scale cyour budget / campagin , you have to pay attention to content and reach.
On Facebook, advertisers often use only 1 ads account and distribute 1 type of content to all audience . It makes you only reach a small group of audience ( you can analyze (Frequency/Reach/Quality ranking/Engagement rate ranking ) too optimize your content and scale .
All you need to do is use multiple ad accounts and optimize the content for each audience. it's the formula to scale any product.
