For example:
4974 Twitter Likes | USA | %100 Women | Low Drop | Speed: 1K/Day | MAX 1K
$0.70 what does "Rate per 1000" column? Does it mean 1000 likes only $0.7 which I think its impossible?
What does mini order 10 means? Does it mean 10X $0.70 so 10 likes = $7? If so why use the "Rate per 1000"?
