It's all fake, I don't think he has more the 100 real views, he it's just growing the account, but did a very bad mistake, no dislikes. He should of had at least 1% dislikes. Not even the best video on the internet has no dislike

New channel that started a little more than 1 month ago, millions of views, but when you check the videos, there are almost no comments, I've seen videos with a thousand views with more comments.

Actually the channel is monetized, so it is curious that despite using bots in such an aggressive way the channel is still up and running....

The video could have been reshared on some other platform/group with people viewing and commenting on it there and not on the YouTube page. Sometimes the topic of the video doesn't promote any discussion (comments) in the first place.

30 seconds is counted as a view in YouTube. Video would have been promoted aggressively through Google Ads video promotions using the broadest possible targeting + worldwide targeting and hence millions of views almost all only 30 seconds views because video is in I guess Italian and that is why very few comments. And because the views are through Google Ads, they will not be flagged by YouTube.
Getting a million YouTube views for a video (all even within 24 hours) through Google Ads video promotion(s) is not all a big deal, it is as easy as just a few clicks to setup such a campaign in Google Ads (not everyone has such an ad spending budget, though).

How much would this cost? 1 million.
