For all people that make Money with resking apps what networks do you use ?
You need to pay IRS taxes? Or receive from by Crypto/PayPal?

Receive crypto and pay with crypto as much as you can, + only exchange the amount that you need

It is a lot easier to use one account and pay taxes. Publish several good apps or games and run this as a business with passive stable income rather than cat and mouse spam game.

G can ban you for no reason. They disabled a friend's admob for no activityand he can't open new account.

Apple don't ban. They might ask you for stupid things for example - we can't find this iap but they are friendly and will work with you until issues are resolved. Getting organic traffic for ios is easier than Android and you get more revenue from both ads and iap. I still do both g and ios but I do believe ios is better and easier.

You have to pay tax anyway. Even if you get money by crypto, you have to pay tax.
