Because its childish as fuck.
They checked my data like 20 times during this 15 years and banning me (a buyer!) for that reason is so childish, i just dont know what to tell them.
I could write: Sry that i signed up with 17 and let it sit for a year because i didnt even have a bank account and then used this account for 15 years without violating any rules and paying so many products with the service....
Im just so pissed because thats like without a reason. Thats 15 years later.
If i would have stolen or robbed anyone, they couldnt sue me for that after 15 years. But paypal bans me for not doing anything bad, but just signing up to early...
Its so stupid i dont even have words for it....

As said, im allowed to just make a new account and keep using gaypal with my real name etc.! I just dont really want to have this child game in a year again.

Simply use Payoneer for fiverr.

Thats expensive. Paying 2% to receive funds, then paying 2% to get that to a eur bank.
Comparing to gaypal: 0% on everything.
They also have a minimum withdrawal. I have 45$ sitting there, but i couldnt pay them out.
The other good thing with gaypal was: All shops use it. I was able to go shopping with the funds from fiverr...

I am really sorry for you, bro. In the last years I mentioned this each time I had the occasion: If you know you created the pp account before 18, you should create a new one and start from 0. It's not a joke, because they will ban you ASAP.

I found a job kind of. 6h per day, earning way way more then on fiverr.
Its a 9-3 but its paid very good! Thats why im pretty much up for that.
I also got all my returning customers off from fiverr and working with me directly. Which is another great thing to have!
Now i dont give a fuvk about gaypal anymore...

Just get your ego out of it and open a new account bro. Seriously. I have 3 and a half paypal accounts, and i barely use any of them, and i split what few payments i receive on paypal between them. I stay small, small payments, few rare payments, nothing out of the ordinary ever, they leave me alone.
And payoneer is not worse than paypal. It is, in fact, much much better. I dont know where you got that that payo is worse than paypal. And fees? Of course payoneer fees are lower. In reality, paypal has higher fees than all of them. You got it twisted yo.
Dont throw away your fiverr trip because of paypal man. Dont be stupid.
There is another way to cash out fiverr moneys. Check out the WTB and HAF threads on the forum. Every day people are wanting to buy reviews, especially from good Fiverr accounts. Cash out like that, get paid in crypto or however you want, and make a bit of profit on the process

You should find a way to move your customers to other payment options not depending on PayPal. If you sell digital downloads or software, you can use a reliable middle-man company like Paddle.com or use 2checkout for services. With both, you can still collect PayPal payments.
It really sucks, to be honest. I learned the hard way. Had to move far away from PayPal early this year itself. They are a shit monopoly. But there are many payment gateways way better and better than them a zillion times.
