PayPal banned me

Today, PayPal banned my Account after 15 Years of usage xD

They recently asked for documents, which i did provide.

The reason why my private gaypal account got blocked is:

They found out i wasnt 18 when i signed up for GayPal. AFTER 15 YEARS!!!!

That sucks pretty much, as i was using GayPal only for private stuff and always as a buyer only. Most of the shops in Germany only support GayPal, no stripe, no skrill.

Im pretty much pissed. Never did anything bad with the account.

They are not good, they disabled my personal as well as business accounts.
 
That sucks, man. Paypal is shit but so widely accepted. You can make a stealth account. There's a guide on the forum.

You can also buy/make a new one & see how it goes. Lol
 
Welcome to the club. I got banned probably for some fraudulent transactions on my shop (which anybody can do to your shop). Luckily I withdraw anything over $100 so they only hold about $100 until 6 months passes. For online buying/selling you can use Stripe+Crypto.
 
A number of years ago paypal banned my account because, wait for it...

My business had a similar name to another one that somebody issued a chargeback on!

They ignored him so he complained to paypal, but the prick said it was me.

I pointed out that i had never done business with the guy and paypal could see my transaction history and he was not in it. They agreed, but decided to ban me anyway!
 
No i didnt loose money. I even can still payout my funds that are on paypal.

As said, thats a private account which i always only used as a buyer. One exception was Fiverr.

After receiving 2000€ from Fiverr this month, they asked for verification. Thats nothing Special.

The account is 15 yo and i verified it probably 20 times already. Back in the days they asked every few months.

Now im not sure if i will keep doing fiverr at all.

Welcome to the club my friend, i even don't have a clue why they ban so many people with strange decisions.
 
I feel like they're desperate to bag as much as possible
Crypto is taking over. Binance recently partnered with MasterCard

That's good that you didn't lose any money, but still, why drop off something that you do (except the fact that you don't want to do - FIVERR) because PayPal made this? You can find alternatives.

Because Fiverr only pays out to either payoneer or GayPal. Payoneer have so high fees and is even worse.

I contacted my returning customers and will work with them without Fiverr.

I can always create a invoice for them.

Then i will switch to upwork.... And keep fiverr just to get mails and ask for direct payments....
 
This sucks. I remember when paypal account was banned back in 2018. I just switched over to strip and never looked back.

PayPal is a mafia organization that steals money, it backs to elon musk days when he was banning small accounts (Who held 1-300$) since they couldn't really sue them or do such things. They were always scammers, sadly stripe doesn't works in my country
 
No shops in my country uses stripe, so there is no point for me to signup to stripe.

I will pay my shit with mastercard/visa now.

According to the mail from GayPal, iam allowed to open a new account with a new banknumber and new mail.

I just dont think its worth it. After me loosing that account after such a long time.

They still need to get paid from me in a month, since i used the pay later option... That sucks, but i will have to let them collect what i owe them, as i always did.
