You can open multiple accounts in same IP's but if you want to do Upvotes or downvotes or any other activities with multiple accounts, I would suggest you to use proxies.

Got a couple of free Reddit accounts to try as a sample.

Had no problems logging into accounts and I could use each account however I wanted.

I could even change the passwords.

These are very useful.

Aged accounts means more than 6 month aged or more than 6 month to 2-3 years aged accounts. Price will be different as per how much aged they are.
