If I make a youtube account from a PVA Gmail account; do I have to phone verify the youtube account, or will it be 'pre-verified' from the Gmail?

Done a few orders already and has been a good experience. Gmails are very high-quality. He's also very honest and trustworthy, which is a huge plus. Hopefully that continues because it's very rare!
 
The seller delivered a couple of aged gmails for me to review. They were decent quality, seems to have been passed around a few IP's before. non-US origin; about a year or two old each. Thank you.
