Well that's a big stretch. It is allowed as long as you provide value. None of the things i promote are illegal or in a grey area. There're thousands of affiliate campaigns currently running on Facebook. As far as i know, they're allowed as long as the products/services aren't prohibited. If it weren't allowed, no website could ever have links recommending amazon products. At the end of the day that's an affiliate program.

No cloaking. That's for BH offers only which are way way more profitable. Grab any spy tool and you'll see what i mean. At this moment i haven't seen anything that says affiliate offers are forbidden. They would lose a chunk of advertising money. However i'm going to double-check their TOS because they change them all the time.

Yes! Can you tell us how? I can't make it work and i keep getting the "temporary hold error". On the payment method it says i have insufficient funds but that's not true. I approved a 0€ charge on 3ds when the card was added.

No idea man.
I added the card (yes, its european) and it was added directly without doing anything like 3DS.
Maybe it's just the card issuer which requires force-3DS.

In Portugal, its mandatory for every single card. Can't really dodge that (even vcc requires double authentication)

I think you don't need to worry too much about 3D security. You can use many types of cards to pay such as visa card, master card,... Because they only need your card information.
