You can create aws or azure account easily and sell them.

To create both account, you need vcc, proxy, fresh phone number of same country.

VCC : Many countries have businesses which provides vcc, you need to research. Or if you have a bank account, get a visa or master card from your bank. After using your bank card, block it and request a new card from bank.

Proxy : Buy it from internet. Or use your mobile ip(3g or 4g network) but it won't work forever. Clear browser data everytime (also use random user agent generator extension in browser).

Phone number : A fresh number is must. Use your friends or relatives number secretly or buy number/otp from internet.

Nothing else is necessary for creating these accounts. Easy small income.

You need to block the card you used on aws or azure because when you generate bill on those account, they will deduct balance.

If you can't do research part, just open any private bank your all family members and use the visa or master card

I do sell it here, you can find some fb groups related to 'digital buy sell' and sell there. You can also find many discord channel.

It wont work. Its less about rules, its about debt collectors. They just sell it to them and they will screw you over, you wont even get a Appartment or a mobile phone if they get you!

We also have a debt database where all things are stired and gives you a credit rating according to your behaviour...

They will sue me and i have to proof that it wasnt me. Also, it would not be possible due to 2FA. Amazon and Google are blocked and need to be confirmed via SMS TAN...
