And where to sell these accounts after create? Tell any authentic and free way.
 
So the point is to use the accounts for one month, and then it gets banned?

I think this method is better suited for India than Europe:) As mentioned, they'll just sell the debt and have someone else handle it:/

i'm considering to sell aws account wtih 1000$ credit.
i'm planning to create new bank account with this new bank. it can create 3 virtual debit card and 3 physical debit card. you can fill each debits card individually. so its empty
i'm planning to use one of virtual debit card to create many account for aws.
i know aws will prevent duplicate account. wil they use the debit card to detect duplicate account or not?
for example google didnt use bank number id card tax id to detect it.
i create some google account in same place in same hour same laptop different browser of course. but it didnt detect for duplicate.
but they will detect you if you are using same phone number. but aws didnt need phone number verivication
