I just did a little analysis of the channel, and it seems that many of you are wrong.
The first 9 videos of the channel do not reach 1,000 views, so up to that point the channel would not have been buying views, since normally people buy a minimum of 1k in the smm panels.
Video number 10 seems to have a little more traction and reaches a little over 2,000 views.
The following 2 videos have an average of 60,000 views, that does not necessarily mean that the channel has bought them, because if the previous videos started to have a good CTR and a good retention of the audience, the algorithm could show more videos of the channel to see what impact they have.
In video number 13 is the key, one of his most viewed videos with 1 million views, and if you look at the description, there are 5 paragraphs full of keywords.
This seems to indicate that putting those keywords in the description, although it has often been said that it is prohibited and the channel can be banned, makes the video appear much more to people in recommendations and on the main page of YouTube.
Of the following 6 videos, one gets 2.2 million views, others just over 500 thousand and the last one does not reach 40k views. This clearly indicates that it is the algorithm that is showing more or less the videos depending on the CTR and the retention of the audience.
From here, there are some videos that reach a million but others that only reach 50k views. If the channel were buying the views, the number of views in the videos would not be so irregular.
In conclusion, the channel has used some blackhat strategies such as adding many keywords in the description of some videos, and it may have bought as many likes, subscribers and others at some point, but from a certain moment, it is YouTube's algorithm that that has recognized the channel and is showing it to new users.
