Like Google, Facebook accepts with and without 3DS on cards - also, you can also pay with prepaid but after verification.

I saw that google requires 3DS or the transaction can't work.
With and without?
So when I enter my credit card details, then will the 3DS window pop up?
Because when the 3DS sites comes, then my card issuer responses with "Verification is not possible at this moment" and I can't really enable the 3DS process.

So there's now a Force 3DS verification yes or no?
I was able to add the card without the 3DS verification.

I'm in Portugal, and when i added the card, it forced me the 3DS verification.

Why does Portugal forced you to use 3DS?
In germany it was added directly without verification
CREDIT CARD and also PREPAID CARD.

It's supposed to be mandatory to everyone in EU. In Portugal, most banks already have 3DS implemented so we can't outrun this. This feature is also being implemented in USA.

yup. Once account is disabled, you won't be able to withdraw or refund your money anymore.

Good point. I've contacted their payment support explaining the situation. Maybe they come up with a solution but this sucks. Can't get it to work with 3DS.

As I see: Some of you said that facebook works without 3DS and the other side explains that we can't outrun this verification process.
Honestly: I'm lost at the moment.
I know that 3DS is mandatory in the EU due the latest PSD2 regulations (and laws) but I'm still wondering, how my german credit card was added to the payments without any 3DS pop-up / window.
Maybe some countries are just forced to do that? (Not all in the EU!)

Always do postpaid especially if you are doing bh campaigns.

postpaid = you advertise and pay after threshold is exhausted.
