In the past, when i had a couple of ad accounts disabled, i simply changed the e-mail address on the PayPal to a new one and it was all good to go.

Does this method still works?

I have no idea what kind of information facebook pulls from Paypal that can identify it as a "flagged" payment method.

Yup, it is all good to go. You can do that with google ads too. As long as you removed the authorizations

I never had a single issue with Google Ads or any traffic source besides Facebook... On a new account (personal one that i warmed for the last 4 months), i'm getting the "temporary hold error" no matter what payment method i put there. Tried with real CC. Since the account is banned, i've issue a close to create a new one. Going to try prepaid ads to warm up the account and the business manager, and move to prepaid after on a new account.

Wish me luck.

Facebook can see the email address and the location that the Paypal account was created. You can change the email address without problems.

By changing the e-mail i'm basically resetting the payment method right? It becomes "clean" on Facebook's Eyes

Yes, you are resetting the payment method.
BTW, do you know how the paypal handles the "Temporary holds" ? The reason i'm doing this is because i could never get pass the "Temporary hold unsuccessful" error. I was used real CCs from my company. Never tried paypal.

No, i didn't used the paypal on my postpay account. It was a brand new account and i couldn't get pass the "Temporary hold unsuccessful" error. Going to create a pre-pay account, run it until it unlocks more ad accounts on my BM, and then create a new account with post-pay + paypal on a new email.

Alright, do it and let us know if it works.

Hello! Do you remove old email and puts new added email as primary? Or just change primary email for the PP account?

You add a second e-mail > make that one the primary > delete the old one.
