Note: Your card will be expired in 7 days unless it has a specified expiration date. However, this should not impact any subscription you already started. This happens due to our payment partners policy, and also this helps us to generate more new cards. Choose ID verified cards for longer validity. We might ask you where you intend to use our cards to ensure it will fulfill your needs.

You are RESPONSIBLE to Use Your Card Balance Before it Expires.
After the card expires, it is destroyed. The balance cannot be used & no refund can be issued. This does not apply to any verified Card user.
What do you get in the delivery?
We will send you the VCC number, expiration date, and a three-digit security code and Billing address if applicable. You may also receive a complimentary reminder of the card expiration date if applicable. If you do not receive it, you must know, we will follow our standard expiration timeline.
What is the Delivery Timeline?
We try our best to deliver your product ASAP, usually under 24 to 48 hours (Normally we are fast, this is the maximum time we might ever take). For large volume reload, it might take up to 4 business days to process the payment. We advise you initiate large volume top-up days before you empty your card to avoid unnecessary waiting.
VCC Validity
All VCCs will expire in 7 days unless it's a monthly rental ID verified card/physical card. Bulk purchase cards get 12 days validity. If you maintain balance in your card and want to use it for long term, you will have few years of validity, however, you will need to verify your identity. We never ask for any ID or your information. You will receive an email from our payment partner to verify yourself. We will not see any of your ID.
How do you pay?
We
prefer PayPal payments if you have PayPal. But you can use BTC as well (
in case of market crash, if the value of the crypto declines, we will refund you the crypto payment because we cannot give you the right currency conversion rate). If payment made through PayPal, buyer covers PayPal or associated fees. All Payments must be received before we can deliver you the product or service, services will not be delivered if payment is pending/hold. For Canadian customers, we will accept E-transfers as well. Keep a record of your payment in case we ask to verify it. Please wait patiently for the BTC payment to arrive.

If you want to top-up your card, please allow up-to 4 business days for LARGE volume transaction. The delay happens at our payment processing partner side but we initiate your top-up instantly after we receive your funds.

How Credit Limit Works?
-You choose your credit limit, as high as you can go. You send the desired amount to us and we will start processing your payment, for large volume it might take up-to 4 days for the deposit to show up. We recommend you top-up before your balance is $0

Why do the cards expire in 7 Days?
- Unverified Users card are stopped after a certain time by our payment partners. If you need longer validity, please choose ID verified Cards. We put this expiration deadline to ensure quality service. Choose Reloadable ID verified cards if you need it for long term (check for the appropriate use case from the list above). Card expire does not mean you will lose access from any trial services you activated already, you should be able to use your full trial period.

Why it might take up-to 4 days to reload a card?
-It is up to the payment partner we are woking with, normally it's 1-3 business days but can take up-to 4 days. From our side, we will initiate the transfer immediately. Appreciate your patience.

Do you offer Bulk discount?

Do you provide cards for other purposes?
-Probably, contact us and explain which service you want to use with our cards. We might be able to help you.

-We are offering Visa Corporate Credit Purchasing Level Cards.

What if my card does not work?
-Our cards should work if you choose the right one for your purpose, we tested them before listing them here. Check if you have enough money in your card, check your IP and browser cookies. If your card has $2 and the website you are trying to use it at charges $10 temporary authorization, your card will be declined. Make sure you choose the right card and have enough balance.

Does your card work for "Example" services/website?
-If you need a VCC for a purpose that is not listed in this thread, you can message us and we will check if we are able to provide a VCC for that purpose. We do not guarantee getting you a VCC for any other purpose.
10.
How can you issue a real physical credit card?
-We are a registered corporation and we are able to create and assign cards to our employees. If you choose to get a card under your name or you want a physical credit card shipped to you, you must verify your identity as required by our payment partner. Normally, it's just a government issued ID.
Refund Policy
If we fail to deliver you the product or services in time, you will be refunded the full amount immediately without question.
For any complaint, concern or dispute, please always keep screenshots of the problem you encountered so that we can help you. Any claims made without acceptable proof will not be considered. Due to the nature of the product or service, we are unable to issue refunds once you receive the VCCs. All sales are final.
Do NOT buy one type of card to try doing other type of work, the card will not work and no refund will be issued.
