The image is showing you waiting from 2 am to 8 am, but never mind, it doesn't really matter.
You have to remember that Zach is not working for you, especially before you send a single click. Another thing is that he probably has a few 100s of people just like you needing his help. Be patient.

from 2 am to 8 am no reply from him. even till now no reply as usually i have to wait till tomorrow!
