No, don't do it they will allow you to receive payments and ban you if you have already been banned. which means no payout for you. check trustpayment it's a high-risk payment gateway that's working well for me after encountering a similar issue with stripe it also depends on what you are selling.

no,just dropshipping products,i created good looking shopify store that look like brands and i work with agent that ship products in 7-12days..on my new stripe account i just got first 3 sales and they ask for face verif - i did it and then they banned the account

You must be doing something wrong. I don't see a valid reason to ban you for just selling on a regular whitehat shopify store.
maybe because the proxies that im using are not that good

For PHYSICAL products that are physically shipped and are trackable by shipping tracking info, Stripe never bans accounts, UNLESS there is something in the product that violates Stripe's T&C. And this also exactly relates to what @Blooperz mentioned as well in this thread.
So, "any suggestion or advice" can effectively be done, ONLY AFTER knowing what product(s) you had dropshipped that resulted in Stripe accounts getting banned. Without this info, people will just be throwing darts in the dark. Avoid providing half-baked information and ask for "suggestion or advice".

We are now in 2022 and a lot has changed with all platforms & all services (nuts and bolts are being tightened), nonetheless creative people do not have and will not have any problems. Do not see what you sell as being legal or being illegal. You must see it from the standpoint of Stripe's T&C. If the product is within Stripe's T&C and still 2 Stripe accounts got banned, there would be some other reason(s) for Stripe banning the accounts, which most probably you are aware of, but shy to admit.
Don't say Stripe did not give you any reason(s) for accounts getting banned. That is IMPOSSIBLE. When Stripe bans an account, then there is a message on the top part of the Stripe account (on being logged in), with the reason of the ban as per Stripe and an email from Stripe with the reason of the ban as per Stripe. What reasons do those mention ?

What is the difference between dropshiping and retail business?
Are they okay If you buy inventory from a warehouse and resell it?
Don't mention dropship. Say you have inventory you sell online.

yes does not make any sense to me too. But i have read on reddit etc and many had their accounts suspended and where asked to write the date and paste the paper together with the inventory to proof that they had inventory. I don't want to do something if it's not allowed. last option i have is to use paypal
Yeah man, payment holds WERE a MAJOR obstacle in my dropshipping journey,
But now I found this company who has a solution for 2 DAYS PAYOUTS.
( no matter which country you are located )
No need to warm it up like some others.
it is a 1-2 days payout from Day 1.
It is not an immediate payout, but 2 days is super decent enough for me.
Customers are HAPPY NOW and don't get pissed off anymore because those 1-2 days
form part of the usual 1-2 days processing timeframe / fulfilling order and preparing to ship timeframe.
I NO LONGER get any payments HOLDS and CHARGEBACKS like I did before.
So I can say that this company really helped my ecomm business flourish and I owe it to them.
It was a VERY worthy investment of around $200+ every 3 months,
cos it literally saved my ecomm business.
