Usually my marketing method changes, i try different things and find what works well for that niche, and continue with it. As per backlinks, you can go with niche based, blog comments and quality PBNs sometimes.

2. You buy the backlinks or make them yourself?
3. What is the average word count of the articles you post on the website?
4. How do you convince a buyer to buy only 7-8 months old website? I have seen websites on Flippa or other marketplaces being at least 1 to 1. 5 years old.
5. Also, sponsored posts income is the primary source of income for all the websites you build? Or do you also use display ads or affiliate programs?

1. Fresh ones, also I use an expired domain to forward for link juice sometimes.
2. Buy it here in BHW, and some other long-term sellers I work with outside of this forum.
3. 1000 minimum words
4. Selling a site takes time, patience, i am happy that I have both and sales expertise to convince the site can grow in the future. Its all about the future of the site most sellers look for, and also more value from it. So focus on it.
5. Sponsered posts, Adsense, and affiliates.

I already answered it depends on the nice, also I try different things and see what sticks/help for my pages. Also diversifying links helps.

It's been around 8 months since you sold this site and as you said you sell sites on yearly basis, so by the time I am writing this you would have almost more than half way done with your new website ready to be sold!

Yes, this time I want to take it further and try to push my goal to see a better offer.

Also, my services (Client work) occupy most of my time, so this year bit slow for me but i learned a lot. Will update more soon.
