Testosterone therapy has various risks, including:
Worsening sleep apnea — a potentially serious sleep disorder in which breathing repeatedly stops and starts. Causing acne or other skin reactions. Stimulating noncancerous growth of the prostate (benign prostatic hyperplasia) and growth of existing prostate cancer.
tl;dr your balls will most definitely get small (because that's what makes the test in your body naturally, so they just head out if you start trt)
A LOT , and I mean A LOT of bodybuilders do it because it's one of the very few core things, some people are working out literally for
years and the muscles are just not growing because they have low T, I know it's fucked up to even think about it.
That's how life is though, you get pussy or are the pussy ( no offence )
In all seriousness though, you can always get tested for it, it should cost like 10-20$, so you'd know your situation for sure.
You can also start eating more red meat and lifting weights to get it up naturally, and it will really not hurt you in any way!
Pretty damn sure you aren't going to start doing any of those, so let me tell you what helped me to start living healthier and exercising, maybe you'd take away something from that.
I'm a total introvert, I don't like my pictures taken, got like 3 pictures on my facebook and some bastard took my random photo in a public event and uploaded it to facebook. That's one thing when you take a picture yourself or your gf does it, but when someone catches you completely off guard with your belly sticking out and your spaghetti arms that shit is a really good reality check, that's how other people actually see you.
So my challenge to you is upload a photo of yourself to your facebook, as I'm 99% sure you're also an introvert bastard who has like 1 selfie and a picture with his mother.
Do a reality check. It is MOST DEFINITELY not too late to begin changing, as cliche as it might sound.
Fuck, when I'll be 30 I will be so thankful to myself that I started working on my health. I'm sure there are many guys that would also say that 30,40 or 50! is not too late to begin
