So that Etsy can detect our new account without any linked to the old suspended one. Also my friend Yami (Soho Etsy Seller) has proved this strategy is available and stable for new account.

You cannot change identity simply by changing IP if rest of the personal information remains the same. You need a whole new person to sign up on your behalf. That's what different identity means.

I used my etsy account using my passport, uk limited company documents and it was suspended after one year due to policy violation. I am planning to create a new account. Definitely I am going to use new login information, a new company, new address, a different device, and a different browser. Can I use additional verification methods, like using ID card instead of passport upon verification? Do they also keep a record of the ID card number?

No matter how hard you try you cannot sign up again using the same name. You're screwed for that.

i created 5 etsy shops .. all on the same computer, they have never detected me , but i was testing out what i can sell on etsy , so i tried to sell replicas and fake products and that is really hard to sell on etsy because you will be suspended .. i still can create as many stealth accounts as i want but my problem is to find the right product to go with on etsy.

What do you put in the billing method? Because they ask for a credit card. Do you have many credit cards? They don't check the name?

If you can create multiple shops You can dropship products. although you'll get banned after 10-12 sales
