Not sure bout it but can't you run your accs on datacenter proxies? That's what I did and it worked perfectly. I only used mobile internet to create accs.

twitter and instagram can be run on DC proxies as well, you just need to know when to move them from 4g to DC.

No, there is no need for that. But it will warry from social network used.

I use a very simple rotate script that I made myself. It's like a few lines as I do not need any complex logic.
