I only ever had one exchange with him many years ago and wouldn't every say that I would want him as one of my friends. Shared some good content so I'll give him that, but as others have said anyone breaking any of the rules is going to get what's coming to them regardless of who they are (except possibly the owner of BHW, I figure they can do whatever they like).

Spend your time reading other sub-forums rather than posting conspiracy theories on the lounge all the time. You'd probably then read some useful stuff from not only execs but also other Jr. VIPs.

This and the exposing sensitive info part seems the most likely.
Given the wording, it would likely mean they attempted threating a mod/leaking sensitive details if they didn't pay/ do what they asked.
Or they threatened someone of doing negative seo/ddos on them if they didn't pay/comply with their demands.
