I've got a list of 200k emails of customers that have purchased atleast once from a certain site within my niche and was just wondering a couple things before reaching out to them. I tried a couple thousand emails on klaviyo a few months back but i had no idea what I was doing which landed me in the spam folder.

1. What is the best warmup service to use? Im thinking about using Gmass at the moment.

2. What is the best/cheapest service to use for cleaning the list?

3. Would including a link to my website like "shop now" hurt the domain if i properly warm up the Gmass email?

4. Can I make like 5 Gmass accounts and send 200 emails per day on each account?

Thanks in advance, would appreciate any other info im missing!

Cold email generally works better for B2B. The main reason is that businesses are used to receiving these emails and responding to them, while your average Joe uses email to receive birthday notifications from Facebook.

Next, obtaining 200k B2C emails seems shady, and no email service provider would want to send to those. Assuming you have obtained them through past purchases or other legal methods, you can import them in some cheap newsletter software and blast away.

Also, you will have a hard time finding a legit cold email automation software that will send so many emails. The reason is if you send legit B2B cold email, and you are good at it, you won't need more than 100 sendings per day per campaign.

I'm not saying your email list is worthless. You just have the wrong understanding of what you need. What you need is a transactional/newsletter type of software, not b2b/cold email software.

You can signup for Amazon AWS and configure Amazon SES with 1 or multiple sender domains. This is your SMTP provider which is one of the best while being one of the cheapest.
Then use something like Sendy/Mailwizz for email sending. Note you will need a hosting/VPS to host this software.

For warming up, I still don't think service is required. You can just start sending gradually and increase sendings per day.
For cleaning up the list you can use H-Educate's Super Email Validator. It's free and it's moderately effective. If you have money to spend go with Neverbounce or Zerobounce
Links will affect your inbox rate if you use fresh domains. I can't give advice here since I never had to send links.
And lastly, you can add as many sender domains and emails to Amazon SES and I think as well to Sendy/Mailwizz.

It cost you 20 bucks to send 200k emails with amazon ses:

1. Your own with exponential method.

2. For cleaning i would suggest you to ask in WTB section. Or you can build you own with open source scripts.

3. Shop now , buy now , order today , such words are filtered out and moved to either promotional tab in gmail or spam if domain doesn't have any sender reputation.

4. Yeah good way and it act as load balancer. Instead i suggest go with your own SMTP or sparkpost ( who are kings in email marketing )

Good luck :)

Thanks for the reply, what do you mean by sender domains? I was just going to make a bunch of emails on Gmass like mysite1.io, mysite2.io etc..

Ive read a bunch of forums and haven’t been able to figure our sender domains yet

Realistically, most of your email is going to end up in the junk box if you are sending to TLDs, which are now yahoo, gmail, hotmail. The next biggest after those would be comcast. They all use arbitrary means to score your IPs as well as the content of the messages you send, and the default is to junk the messages. Even with good rep and email content you will find that most of your emails still end up in junk. If you are sending GI, you will need to be wary of spam traps which get your IPs listed on various blocklists... GI benefits from high throughput; TLD benefits from consistent daily sending volume.

What do you expect from 1,000 emails per day? The average CTR for email is in the 0.30 to 0.70% range. That means for every 1,000 you send, you may get 3-7 clicks...figure a 5% conversion rate and that means you'd have to send close to 3,000 just to maybe get one conversion.

I would not recommend any of the ESP services because they often play games, for example, they will claim they "delivered" 200K emails when in reality your emails just sit in a queue for a day, then get deleted. Even Amazon SES is not that good if you really intend to mail as a source of revenue because you are hit with fees to send AND to receive bounces and other such notifications.

The best thing to do is to set up your own SMTP server along with a decent injector / campaign manager. They vary in price but most are not going to be cheap...unless you can figure out how to do it all yourself, be prepared to put up some cash up front.

You can build your own SMTP server(s), you'll need some syslinux skills and be prepared to deal with blacklisted IP addresses and IP reputation. I personally don't encourage you to hire someone to build it for you because you'll always need to troubleshoot and solve problems instantly.

Or use a premade solution to send your email campaigns from multiple Gmail accounts.

Sending emails is easy
If you can't do it just JV with somebody (not me, please - I do not cold email now).

The trick is how to make them want to open your email and go to your website to buy something.

You know they purchased something in your niche, do you know what they bought? Offer them something similar but cheaper or better, or an add on. If you don't know what they bought you should segnemt the list - send them emails with hooks and track it

There are couple of options in the marketplace misc section, you just have to find the right one for your purpose.
