Do your shared hosting come with daily backups? If emails are being blocked because IP is blacklisted by certain domains will you rectify. Only send about 10 emails a day but I notice sometimes shared IPs get blocked. Or do you have optional dedi IP that can be purchased?

We have weekly backups in form of images. We do take care of IP blocks and clear it. If needed a dedicated IP for emails sent from your domain is assigned.

We do allow cron jobs for our customer.

Each of the cron should be atleast 5 minutes interval

We would recommend a VPS hosting plan https://www.kvchosting.net/cheapvpshosting.html
As in shared hosting if your crons eat up more CPU and memory you risk account suspnsion. IN VPS there is no such restriction
