Hello All,
I can see that alot of you have purchased scrapebox and are struggling with the software. To be honest, it is really user-friendly straight to pt kinda application.
And if you have not purchased scrapebox.
I strongly urge you to do so.
You can buy it for $47 if you a BHW member.
The selling point of this software would definitely be its comment posting.
So let's get to the point.
1. Harvest
2. Set-Up Proxies
3. Start Harvesting.
4. Commenting.
It is easy as that.
But i will Guide you so that you don't make unnecessary mistakes.
Now lets look at harvesting.
Here is a pic to elaborate better.
Your aim is to find blogs.
So, set it to either Wordpress, BlogEngine or Moveable Type.
Custom footprints will get you anythg that relates to the keyword be it a blog or not. (Which we don't require)
Next, Enter keywords.
Yes KEYWORDS.
Try to enter at least 5 keywords.
And this 5 keywords gotta be someone close to one another.
For example train dogs, dog training, train your dog and etc.
Why so?
You will get more blogs to comment on.
If your niche is very saturated then go ahead and enter 1 keyword.
My niche are usually very targetted and the number of blogs that i get to comment come only in hundreds.
Once you fill the harvesting section you should proceed on to managing proxies.
You should use proxies. Google doesn't like seeing the same ip trying to harvest so many urls and details.
Click Manage proxies.
On the next screen,
click Harvest proxies.
Let it collect all proxies available.
Once done.
Pls run the TEST.
it will filter out all the bad proxies.
once done, click save and transfer good list to main list.
20 good proxy should be fine for a session.
With that done. WE are done with harvesting proxies.
In the above picture, you see GOOGLE,YAHOO,BING & AOL.
I Suggest that you tick all.
This will harvest results from all the 4 engines.
Also there is a time button which allows you to only get results which are up to date.
Personally, i don't really care about when it was indexed.
It actually doesn't matter.
We are automating stuffs.
So why bother.
Go on to harvesting URLS.
Here is a pic,
All you have to do now is press start harvesting.
It will go through all the search engines and get the blogs.
Be it Wordpress, BlogEngine or Moveable type. (Whatever you selected in step 1).
Once all blogs are harvested.
PLEASE DON'T Go and start COMMENTING.
Make use of the filters that you find on the right.
Remove DUPLICATE DOMAINS.
There is no point commenting on the same domain.
It is Worthless.
Next check pagerank of domains.
Once done.
I urge you to ignore blogs which has lesser than PR-2.
Just clear them off from the list.
Seriously commenting on them would not have any effect.
Rest is upto you.
Once the filters are done.
You can start commenting
Choose the type of blog you had initially harvested.
Wordpress, BlogEngine or Moveable Type
you can select manual mode too.
but that defeats the purpose of this power tool.
before you can start posting you will have to input some fields
And the fields are
Blog lists - The Harvest list of blog.
Comments - whatever you want to comment on the blog. it is spinnable.
websites - Your Money Site.
E-mails - You would not want to give your e-mail.
Name - This will be your ANCHOR TEXT.
Anchor text plays a major role when it comes to ranking.
However, if lets say your niche is DOG training.
It will definitely raise suspicion if someone with a name "dog training" is commenting.
So, you can either give some random names that can be found in the folder or just go with your gut feeling and hit the comments with ANCHOR TEXT.
Just click open and then go to your scrapebox folder.
Open comment poster and you will see directory and text files.
Just open them and click the E button later to edit them.
Alternatively, you may save the text files and then open them to start commenting.
Before starting to comment you would want to click TEST COMMENTS to see how your comments might look like.
So once you are satisfied.
Click start posting.
Lets say you harvest 800urls.
It is very normal that you will only have only 200 successful posting.
This could be due to captcha placed.
Currently, scrapebox doesn't DE-captcha them.
They are workin on it.
Also, this 200 successful posting doesn't mean you will have 200 backlinks.
Some might be deleted by admin.
The whole process takes about 10mins or so.
And, you will see backlinks slowly being built up.
Furthermore, DON'T worry about getting de-indexed.
If this was a tool to do sucha thing.
Then, everyone would be using it against their competitor.
Building too many links too fast isn't a crime.
I have seen sites with over 300,000 backlinks and they are 5yrs old.
Meaning they have built 60,000 links per year.
5000 links per month.
167 links per day.
Isn't that alot?
They are not de-indexed. In fact they are ranking no.1 with a PR-5.
