Thanks for answering. Couple more questions. What's the internal linking structure like ? Or you don't bother with that and just post the articles ?

Do the articles have any pictures or did you change anything from the english versions of the articles or is it just a 1-1 version except that it's in german ?

Usually an article has one or two links to articles that are somewhat related to the topic.

Some articles are completely the same, others (mostly "best") compiled from different sources.

You probably think that my site is successful but in reality it's getting 1-2 clicks per day with 10-20 impressions)) It's still a mystery for me how I have managed to get 1 sale. So keep this in mind, my site is not the best example you can use as a blueprint for your future site if you are going to make any.
Although it's been only 2 months, so we will see how things will go later. Maybe it's sandbox stuff, bad keywords (didn't really bother with it), bad content or a few links here and there will help it grow.

ooh so you're like selling stuff and i thought you were trying to make money by ads.
well this technique is not new but also not known by many, it is very powerful only you need to find some proper niche, and boom there you go. I never tried it for sales only for creating pages and then i dropped it cause i was not proofreading it!

1-2 sales per month with 1-3 visits from google each day and ~100 impressions. Haven't installed analytics, but I believe I also get some visits from other search engines.

You should try Upwork as an alternative to Fiverr.

For this to work my site has to have at least hundreds of pages and I have only 50 or so.

Btw, only this month (August) Semrush showed more keywords than usual - was stuck below 10 in my Geo for all months before July, now a little more than 30.
