Facebook Groups & Pages prices nowadays!?

How much are Facebook Groups & Pages worth nowadays? For ex. Selling a fb group with 10k members top USA (around 5k US) or 10k followers page with top USA? Do you know any good marketplace that you can sell small groups & pages?

I'm not trying to sell anything! I already know that. Just asking how much are they worth in general! How much are they valued these days, especially small pages/groups. For Instagram pages we all know approximately their prices. You also have them here, and i've never seen FB pages being sold here. I also know a web where they sell large pages with 50k and more but for small ones don't know.
