From our experience, facial recognition is kind of random. We had cases where we used a completely different face and still passed the check. In terms of conversions, we haven't seen much of a drop. The only major problem we see right now, is random bans and our funds being frozen, it makes the project much more expensive. What about you?

We are sure Facebook will return your funds because multibillion dollar corporations are not interested in scamming the public in fear of law suits.

It most certainly does, it’s why Facebook and Google often process an authorization, and then they process a charge that posts.
This allows Google and Facebook to then go back to that auth that had fallen off and charge it in addition to the second charge. Usually only done in the event the media buyer tries to skip out on final billing.

Facebook is unstable but it has its moments, that's why it's never a good idea to blindely fund you Ads account. Just have to wait for Facebook to loosing up and in the limiited time that the bans are manageable, actively run traffic.
