Hi everyone. I have learnt a whole lot by reading the threads on here, and I am especially grateful for @VitalyProkofiev @ppcads and @Raj Kesu

Quick summary: am trying to run legit WH ads, but I got hit with the dreaded suspicious payments.

I had a couple of (n questions regarding an ideal setup:

- Should I try to get a new phone number when setting up an account? Or can the same phone number be used without being tagged by Google’s systems.

- Does the name itself even get tagged in their systems? Can I reuse my real name?

- Does the location of the cc or vcc need to be the same as the account location?

- Should I try to create more sub accounts on the originally suspended Google Ads account, and then send appeals for each sub account, until one is unsuspended? Or is that a dead end?

Thank you to anyone taking the time to answer.

Don't try this in anything, You waste the CC or VCC

Interesting. But how would that explain people that use the same CC or VCC for multiple main accounts, some suspended some not?
It seems that some are claiming that the CC or VCC isn’t really linked to your account by Google. Not sure what to think.

1. No need to, if you use it too many times Google will simply not let you use it again, but change it anyway - it costs as much as prepaid starter (few $, sometimes free) - learn to eliminate as much factors as you can
2. We don't know what they are tagging and what not, all we know is how they act - and you can use same name no problem, but why do it if you can use different one and ELIMINATE another factor?
3. Few of my friend says geo of VCC is important, I'm not convinced and my tests are not backing up that theory, but everyone has his own methods. Sync between geo and VCC geo won't hurt you, so if you can - do it
4. Don't do it. It can work if done properly, but it's double risky and can result in another ban lather on,and again - eliminate as much factors as you can. It's not hard to make new Gmail, so make new Gmail.

If you get banned again, how will you know which one was it - reusing same gmail, reusing same vcc, reusing same phone, or something else? Eliminate as much factors as you comfortably can. (buying new computer for every account is not comfortable, making new gmail is)

Your reply is much appreciated. I see the common sense in what you are saying.
At this point I think it's simply time for me to start experimenting, and figuring out the "account creation method" for myself.
