ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC SERVICE!!!!
I placed 3 orders on 30th April for Twtter, RTs, Likes and Comments
RTs and Likes were delivered inside 1 min (1k+)
And Comments its been 7 days and still not delivered. (order id 24884)
Everytime I contact their support they say the same thing that "its delayed"
The service desc said delivery inside 0 to 24 hours and its been 1 week
Can you imagine how unnatural it will look for a tweet to get 1k like and RTs and 0 comments? You guys spoiled the entire campaign and the money I spent to purchase the RTs, Likes and Comments stand wasted.
I just checked now and it shows COMPLETED when they delivered just 5 out of ordered 1000 comments. LOL.
I wont even bother contacting the support anymore.
Also you guys mention here 24*7 support. May be its only for pre sales???
My ticket is pending since last 2 days
A nightmare of a panel. I never leave such public reviews but this time the patience just ran out after 7 days of waiting and now falsely you people are showing "completed"

Brady! You are 100% correct in everything you had to write, your experience was indeed poor and I get you, and I do understand why you are upset. But as an owner of this SMM Panel, I need to "try" to explain to you why these things happened.
Likes & RTs worked wonders, you haven't ordered comments, you ordered MENTIONS, which is totally different thing.
Twitter is one of the worst platforms to automate, we had way more control over MENTIONS before all this NFT/Crypto buzz right now, but because of the HUGE amount of scams that are going around and people using our mentions on their scam Twitter posts we have TONS of accounts disabled, which makes it for us too difficult to catch up on time. Trust me, it's insanely hard to catch up, and it's not possible to review each order link manually because that will also postpone the start of the campaign.
24/7 support is there BUT we have 4 different levels of support staff, first 2 levels can't really solve your problems, they are there to check up on you, let you know that we are working on it or just transfer it to the higher level of priority in order to fix.
Mentions order is refunded, I have no problem with refunding your whole deposit back to your PayPal (even though you received likes & retweets). Thank you for your feedback, these things means a lot to me personally so I can know what and how to improve the whole user experience.
