In that case it's a local domain, which tend to be non-brandable with woeful backlink profiles.

I would blindly bet $100 that the domain isn't clean by most standards. All in all, OP, check it through Archive, Hosterstats, Domaintools, check its anchors and backlinks properly.

Yea, forgot to mention that it is a local domain from a drug store on US.

I've done my research on Archive, Ahrefs, Semrush, according to this tools i think it's clean.

Domain is ~9 yrs old, has 147 backlinks (87% do follow).
