what is your order number?
we clearly mentioned at checkout page that DE proxies are not instant delivery.

not yet, we currently offer auto rotation.
manual rotation will be available around june this year.
 
Please dont buy from him, Zero support from him, and proxy does not rotate automatic, but he say will rotate.
