Scammers are very creative, so you have to pay attention to (but not limited) the red flags:

1. Offer is incredible higher than usual (not 100% red flag - maybe the buyer really wants your website, but generally speaking it's a red flag).
2. He propose to transfer the domain name & other assets first, and to send the money later (.).
3. He propose to use PayPal, without F&F, and do not accept an escrow service.
4. ...have a bad reputation, or a faked identity.
5. ...trying to speed-up things and offer you money through unknown/shady methods (eg: pose as a very busy entrepreneur who wants to pay you through crypto, on known scam crypto sites).

There are other red flags, but the ones mentioned above are most common. As a general rule, don't provide the auth code for the domain transfer before you get the money (or the money have been deposited in a safe place, like escrow). Don't transfer valuable social media accounts, or any other assets.

Scammers are everywhere: on FB, on Flippa, and so on. The seller must do his due diligence.

Valuations may vary but you can sell it for 10x to 20x depending upon various factors including the amount of traffic your site receives, future potential, the ability to scale, and how easy it is to run and maintain the site(as well as add new content).

Also where should I sell it for best price and no scam?

Some good suggestions above already, but you could also try existing site owners by looking for sites that are ranking for keywords in your niche. Contact them and explain why you want to sell the site and ask them if they might be interested. It may take some time but it will be worth it in the end.

Using escrow for selling your site will be the safest if you want to avoid any risk of scams.

Group does not matter. Just search "website flipping" and join several groups. Publish your sale post on all of them. People will start hitting your DM. Be wise and try to find the best and safest deal.
