Multiple website question: one or more GSC? one ora more ADSENSE?

I need some clarification regarding what should be done regarding having several websites.
I intend and am already creating several sites (let's say about ten)

What should I do with GSC and ADsense?

Do you recommend having a single GSC account for all sites or several? I have read on the forum that someone advises to keep the black hats separate from the white hats. Does it go against Google's ToS?
Two of my sites are completely white hat, while the others, some more or less, will also be black hat (not too much, but they will have some spam content generated with AI and maybe some backlinks I will add manually (even if nothing powerful)).
Seems to me that the safest option is to keep the all separated, each on on its own, even if some experienced people on the forum said that they keep all together (maybe they all just have white hats sites).

almost same question. however only one of the whitehat sites is linked to my unique Adsense account.
I've read that creating multiple adsense accounts is against ToS, so I would tend to link them all to the same one. However, if one of the blackhat sites draws attention to itself, it may draw attention to the other whitehat sites as well.

btw I talk about adsense because i have foreign language sites and they still have very low traffic, so adsense or Ezoic (that needs adsense approval) are the only option as far as I understood on this forum

what do you think is the best and safest way to proceed? (taking into account that anyway some blackhat strategy (backlinks or AI content) I will use it?

You can have 1 Google search console for multiple sites, there is no problem in this at all. But for Adsense it depends on how much $$ you are generating from your sites, and splitting them on few Adsense accounts will be the safest option. Anyway both options can work, the important thing is you must generate $$$.
