Question : Adsense Account and LLC

Hi !

I'm Raphaël and in 2019 I scaled a quiz website to 10k€/month.

Unfortunately, my Google Adsense get banned. Reason ? Invalid traffic.

Maybe because of a competitor who sent bot traffic on my website or because 95% of my traffic came from social media.

Anyway. My question is simple :

If I create a new LLC, can I create a fresh Google Adsense account ?

Yes I get paid (minus invalid traffic) then ban.

Regarding Google Adsense it's easy, you can buy them or you can create a new one under an LLC Company.

I had some big Instagram accounts... so it was pretty easy. I promoted quiz on them (stories).

Did you already create a google adsense with an LLC company ?

If not a resident with a purely online business, do taxes only arise at the place of residence?
In the U.S., you don't have to pay taxes in an LLC? (wyaoming).

No I'm not a US resident but I take "the LLC example" because I got the same kind of think in my country.

And unfortunately, you can't do anything about it. You can't even talk to an Adsense staff member... what a shame.

Nop, 10% organic trafic and 90% from Instagram stories

You can do that, no problem. Open a business Adsense account using your LLC details. Also, use a completely new device and IP to avoid fingerprinting issues, just to be safe.

Ho, i have organic and direct trafic. I think its cuz i was force to pause adblock visitors.

They banned me this month for Invalid Traffic (while my website got millions of REAL visitors) and apparently they returned the money to the advertisers... Did they give you back the money ?

Yes, you can do this, but sometimes the domain can be banned. Send it for approval from another account(Legally LLC or family acc.), if the response is negative, the domain possibly banned. Tag me when you get an answer. I will help you again.

If I create an LLC I will get a new domain for sure. I don't want to take risks

Hey, I'm french too.

So I had the same message, and, of course, I had money deducted. Like 70% of the total revenue.

Right now it's pretty funny, I have 7901€ debt on my adsense account.

Anyway... If you don't have any contact at Google... I think you are screwed.
