I've set up an MCC account to run legit (non black hat) ads for clients, but using my own card for payment on all child accounts.
However, whenever I make a new ads account under the MCC and add the payment details, it would immediately get suspended after creating a campaign.
I do request a review, but only get a small number of accounts back (currently at a 1/5 rate).
I already have the usual tools (Multilogin + residential proxies etc.) and use a normal debit card (not a VCC).

I've read throughout the forum that the best way to avoid these suspensions have to do with the account creation setup/method.
Would be really keen to know exactly what they are, if anyone could PM me.

Because you have multiple accounts on your ip
I've read through BHW and even experienced with my own MCC account that this is not true at all. That's the whole point of MCC accounts, to run multiple accounts under one user, specifically meant for running for different clients.
I already have a few Ads accounts running and active under my MCC, using the exact same IP, card, name etc.
However I'm interested to know about a method that would prevent fresh ads accounts getting initially suspended and having to go though the hurdle of appealing, waiting and hoping it will get reactivated.

There is no way to make a legit account without getting suspended first. If you can't proceed with the appeal, your billing information are not reliable.

Just use different billing cards per account,
This should solve it

I contacted Google and asked if it's allowed to use the same billing and card for different child accounts under the MCC, and they responded "yes".
Some agencies pay for the ads accounts with their own card and charge clients separately.
After all, some of the child accounts do get reinstated, proving that it is fully possible to use the same card and billing for different child Ads accounts.
However the issue is having to go through the hurdle of getting the account suspended with new accounts, appealing and hoping that they would reinstate it.

i tell you this by experience, i don't know how many accounts you have on MCC or how much you spend on all account
better to help google and have peace of mind , than messaging support who says different thing than the real experience
an agency spending over a million USD yearly had same issues, get different cards bro

So to reference your earlier message, you are saying to use different cards, but I can still use the same billing information (name, address etc.)?

Those selling cards will provide misinformation and say things like " use different billing cards per account, This should solve it " , because they want to make a clear attempt to sell.
Myself and some other members have mentioned in various threads , that we successfully use the same card in multiple Google Ads accounts.
Suspicious payment suspensions , nowadays has nothing to do with card , it is about the account creation method.

I totally agree. As I mentioned earlier, I have multiple Ads accounts under my MCC with the exact same card that are running ads without issues. Anyone claiming that using the same card for different accounts will surely get you suspended either are trying to sell or simply made their own simple deduction due to their accounts constantly getting suspended and assuming they have it all figured out.

To add even further proof, I have a colleague who has also been able to use the same card for multiple Ads accounts under their MCC... then we have the BHW users who can attest to that as well.
And I'm aware that Google's support usually provides false/misleading information, but different personnel have already claimed that the same card can be used for multiple accounts (some have even put me on hold for a few minutes to ask their superiors, therefore it's not just some information according to their limited knowledge).

So I refuse to believe that the payment card is the issue. However I may believe that a payment profile (which is not the same as a payment card) may be the cause.
Still trying to figure out what it is and why all accounts get initially suspended after campaign creation, after which some get reactivated following an appeal.
I know that such information should not be spread openly, which is why I would kindly ask if anyone would want to PM and give some pointers (don't have to hold hands or anything).

That is the most ridiculous thing I have ever read anywhere about Google Ads account creation. As other members also have been stating in Adwords section threads , you clearly seem to know nothing about Google Ads.
