The service says it will start within 12-36 hours, but after 4 days passed it started when I submit support ticket. Then give me watch time. After 2/3 days the watch time started to drop as spam.

I have been talking with their support and they just saying same thing over and over gain that they will refill. But every time they refill watch time drops again and again.

In the ends they said order is completed which is not and they cannot issue refund. What a way to give services to people.
