This is not my Full review, but rather a 1-week result report.
For the First 14 Months, this domain has only had Premium Expensive Guest Posts & Niche Edits (Direct To Homepage) using Brand/URL/Misc Keywords.
This is the first time I have fired PBN's and based on the previous history with this Vendor I knew exactly where to go, I simply do not trust anyone else other than Tiiberius!
Renting PBN links is the only way to go if you want the best possible service & performance out of your link building. Paying for 1 time only links is just a waste of money.
This comes from 4 years of testing nearly all the popular BHW Link Building services. T-Ranks is the ONLY service to prove that it works, anything else for me was a waste of money & time.
This is just Wave 1 results. There are typically 3 waves (in a 35 day period on average based on all reviews you can read in this thread as well as based on official OP description).
Therefore I as well as Tiiberius believe this is not the final result, personally I would be EXTREMELY happy if I get Rank Position 3 but more importantly to stay Rank 3 Long Term.
Keyword 1 & 2 are both in the Technology Niche and my Competitors are extremely strong (15+ year domain, strong profiles, solid rep).
