Wordpress cpa download lock

hey guys , i need somehelp here please
im trying to merge cpa content locker with list of downloaded files
so when a user complete the offer hi will get the first item
then the other user will get the second & on & on

i cant find the right wp plugin to do this & i cant do it manualy too , any suggestion on the plugin that can do this ?

how is that ? i dont see any plugin that do what i asked ?

the plugin should give a diffirent file for every user
the file cant be given twice thats my problem here
