Hello. I know it's probably one of the worst idea and it is from the dinosaurs era but i am curious if anyone tried it.
Some PLR Websites provide with their PDF E-book also a Video to review what they can find inside it. Is it possible that you upload this video to YouTube, throw a CPA offer for the users to get the E-book?
I mean, some videos are surprisingly decent and are not that old.

Yes, it is possible. However, getting results (conversions) from that YouTube video is what matters the most.
