Hi, I bought YouTube Themed Proxies Weekly Pack for 21$(30% off), among the 10K proxies 45-60% of proxies were dead/duplicate or blocked on YouTube. I asked for a refund, I was told to wait for 24hrs whenever I contacted live chat for refund, the support chat is very slow to reply. I was told the CEO will refund the amount and then I can withdraw the balance. After a week the amount was refunded, but I couldn't withdraw, I contacted support again and was told that I need 50$ to withdraw. So my money got stuck, I tried Shared Proxies with that money (10$ out of 21$), which had 95% dead and blocked proxies. Now I have wasted my time and money. Can someone help, sort this out!!
