It depends on your blog post count, images, and the number of plugins used. We recommend Namecheap VPS hosting. They manage your server for you.

VPS is always the best. Digital Ocean, Vultr. If you know how to set them up, though. If not then go with cloudways. They make things easier for you.
If you're on a budget just go for the namecheap shared plan, it works just fine.

I read your post and it appears that you are in the same situation as I was, and I have a great recommendation for you. I'm hosting my sites with @DamoHG They're fantastic host.

I use hostinger. It's working very fine for me and the support is good too.

Choosing a hosting depends on requirements regarding storage, CPU, and bandwidth not to mention, budget.

Oh and this is BS...

WPEngine is pretty solid, but honestly if you can learn enough about setting up Cloudflare as a CDN, caching, and backups, you can get along perfectly fine with any economy hosting plan, because most of the managed hosting solutions aren't really doing much other than implementing those features as part of their WP install process. Some of these companies have some unique automation features for plugins, such as automatically rolling back changes, but you can also sign up for a ManageWP account and install that into your site and access a lot of those types of "managed" features. I'm not a huge fan of GoDaddy, but they own ManageWP and it's basically their Must Use Plugin that powers their managed WordPress hosting behind the scenes.

That said, as you look to compare "best pricing" or "best features", it's important to understand the limitations of a plan lying beneath all the "unlimited" gimmicks. You basically can't market a web hosting company these days without using the words unlimited, but the reality is all these companies are going to restrict how much CPU usage you have access to and perhaps the maximum inodes.

it depends what you need

Even if "best" is subjective to personal preference, this is so far off it's saddening.

It Depends on what kind of website you will run
-For small & Cheap budget you can go Namecheap
-For Medium Budget You can go Hostinger/Dreamhost
-For smart budget & Secure work Go Digitalocean
Hope you got answer.
