What is your budget monthly? Any disk space, bandwidth requirements? Target server location of your audience?

Your questions is like "what is he best place to build a house?"
What kind of house, what do you plan to do? If you live in USA and work there, probably building a house in Canada is not the best option. Or if you have 5 Kids and you need 120 sq is not equal to 40 sq etc etc...
You need to define a lot of things, like where your customers are (nearest datacenter) , do you need CDN, what kind of traffic do you expect etc. Also what are your sysadmin skills and how much time do you want to invest in maintaining the whole system + updates on the backed and then on the front end.
