The first one honestly wasn't really to my liking but to be fair the keyword was kinda weird so I just wanted to test how well it could produce relevant content related to it. However, it was 500+ words as advertised.

The second article was damn good, about 700 words, content was 100% relevant & answered the keyword(Was a question), it was a perfect article that I ended up posting in my main website, so even though you are only paying 1$ per article it's very very good, can even be used as money site content sometimes.

HTML is great to put the article on the website. But reading it is the very first thing I do when I receive an article.
So HTML means I need to add it on my website, then use the preview. Or use an HTML converter. I'm nitpicking here.
So any doc format would work. But I'm nitpicking here @TheOverlord

I order trough an easy to follow order form. The article was good and readable with with no issues. However my topic was Joe Rogan and there is many articles about him there was a chance that the articles could have some copied text (not sure). Without questions the seller made another one in 900 words perfect article. So I am very happy with the work.

I runned the plagiarism checker on Grammarly too, and while it displayed bits of text similar in other sites, usually those are irrelevant or so common that it's impossible to get a 100% - so I'll say it passed 100%
For $1, this is a very good service, whether you need T1 or T2 content for your website.
